Who am I?
I’m Ben Veal, founder of Second Mountain.
I’m an independent PR and marketing consultant, bestselling author, podcaster and Chartered PR practitioner.

For 20 years, I have worked in public relations, journalism and content creation.
At heart, I'm a creative storyteller.
Today, I help founders, business owners, charities and inspiring people to successfully communicate their story with clarity and confidence.
My varied communications experience means that I know how to tell real stories that resonate, whether that is in the media, in books or in award submissions.
My work is driven by one belief:
every business andperson has a story worth telling.
Second Mountain Comms began with purpose as a small freelance consultancy during the 2020 pandemic.
