Committed to doing things the right way, Ben is a seasoned communications professional with a results-driven mindset. A creative and strategic thinker with 15 years' industry experience, working with household names across the technology, food and drink, healthcare and lifestyle sectors. A passionate content writer, Ben is a CIPR Accredited Practitioner, a Trustee for Wiltshire Youth for Christ and People against Poverty, and won the 2021 Gold CIPR Pride Award for 'Independent PR Practitioner of the Year'.

With almost 20 years' media training experience, Steve has trained executives from companies including M&S, Barclays, RBS, Boots, Disney, WPP, PepsiCo and Britvic, as well as a host of established technology and marketing firms and start-ups. Steve specialises in teaching how to make the most out of any journalist interaction, understanding body language and tone of voice, and how to remain confident and in control during media interviews.
James has supported a plethora of clients - from small businesses to large corporations - with professional and creative photography and videography over the last 15 years. An MPA Master Photographer and Canon endorsed professional, James’ talents go far beyond the technical. With a strong understanding of visual messaging, his real expertise lies in bringing the personalities of people, businesses and services to life on the screen.

Sarah is a highly creative and inventive graphic designer with over fifteen years' experience and a terrific eye for the little touches that make a big difference. Specialising in print design and vector illustration, she has also designed graphics for screen and video. Her work with both corporate and charitable clients shows that she brings her professionalism, attention to detail and sweet style to each and every project.

Rob's worked in the digital media world since 2009, and is passionate about building quality, clean websites and designing digital platforms with the user in mind. Having worked closely alongside English Heritage, MEI and others, Rob has substantial experience working with leading web technologies and is very familiar with CMS systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Perch and Shopify. He holds a Masters degree in User Experience design.
